October’s focus topic was outdoor play and since so much happened, with the free ‘30 Days of Outdoor Play Challenge’ welcoming lots of new subscribers, I wanted to recap the month.
I launched on Substack in early September because I felt the desire to write longer articles that would go directly to my audience. Whilst my Instagram following is technically pretty large, I was growing increasingly frustrated with the algorithm. I believe that if you sign up to my content, then you should be able to actually see it.
Whether you have subscribed to my Substack page as a free or paid subscriber, my articles go directly to your inbox (or the app you’ve downloaded) so you can read about the subjects you are interested in!
So with that being said, here’s a recap (with links) to all the paid and free content that was released during October.
And if you aren’t a subscriber yet, consider signing up below. Whether you join me as a free or paying subscriber, your support means the world to me.

Links to September’s Family Rhythm Masterclass
This Playful Home is three-pillared approach to raising children in the early years. In my opinion, establishing a family rhythm is one of the most important things you can do which is why family rhythms was the first monthly theme.
Our paid subscription costs as little as $5.80 per month (or $7 if you pay monthly). In comparison, when I run this theme as a workshop it costs $20.
Coming up in November: Toy Workshop 101
A Quick Reminder
This is a FREE and paid resource. One of the main reasons I launched this Substack page is so that I can go into detail about the topics that matter when you’re raising children.
