I’ve recently become aware that some subscribers are having problems downloading the Good Morning Guide. I’m not sure if this is just a recent issue or whether it’s always been a problem so whilst I wait for Substack HQ to get back to me on this, I have decided to post the Good Morning Guide here.
The Good Morning Guide
This short and sweet downloadable resource will help you implement three steps to more joyful mornings.
Establishing a simple morning rhythm is essential for promoting calm and gaining control over the most important part of your day.
How you start your day can affect how the rest of it flows.
My mornings used to be ruled by chaos. I was stressed, the children felt hurried and everything happened at the last minute. That’s why, when I first started looking to change my own family’s routines, I started with the mornings. And that’s why I decided to write this Good Morning Guide for you.
After reading the guide, why not look at our family rhythms mini series?
Recent Updates
Over the next few months I’ll be transferring all of my website posts onto Substack. These will be free for everyone to view so I’ve also made the decision to turn off the paywall for archived posts.
Due to the sheer volume of posts that I will be transferring, I won’t bombard you with them in email form. I will however do a weekly round-up email so you can browse the content that appeals.
I will be transferring my domain name www.thisplayfulhome.com over to Substack. This means that the people who discover me via Pinterest and Instagram will still be able to see my content.
You can read more about the changes here:
